Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, there may be unavoidable delays, but otherwise our products should arrive within 3-13 days.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: For now, we are only shipping to the United States of America. We are working on setting up international shipping in the future.

Q: How often should I clean my humidifier/facial steamer?

A: Depends on how often you use it. If you use it regularly, empty out the water tank after each use, and let it dry before refilling. Clean it once a week, or more if you have any respiratory issues. If you don't use it as often, it's still a good idea to empty and let it dry between uses, but you'll only have to clean it after more than five uses, or once you see any buildup around the tank.
